Zinc Farmers' Market Menu

Market-goers aren't the only ones interested in the incomparable flavor and quality of fresh, local food!  Many restaurant chefs and owners are realizing, too, that diners are interested in supporting local foods – and delighting their taste buds! – when they eat out, too. 

In this spirit, CitySeed and Zinc, are partnering to bring you a weekly Farmers' Market Menu. For the months of July and August, Zinc's Farmers' Market Menu will showcase local vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses, honey, and herbs. Chef/Owner Denise Appel will shop at the Wednesday Downtown Market each week and prepare a four course, fixed price, menu based on what is available. The menu will be availble Wednesday through Saturday.
